Edna Ceballos, a multi-faceted American singer from Los Angeles, California, has been refered by many as "The Voice of Fine Velvet". Those whom have bared witness to her prodigious and remarkable talents, know the likes of an artist such as Edna. It seems every great artist has a great story to tell. Her story speaks for itself and unveils the true history behind her feat and unsurpassed determination to live for a dream. Undoubtedly, she is among the most versatile artists to come our way. Edna has been in the public eye for many years. Her remarkable talents and versatility in the arts became evident as a child.

At age four, Edna quickly took up the piano. By the age of seven she began singing and performing professionally with “Mariachi Ceballos de Don Luis”, a family Mariachi ensemble initiated by her grandfather Jose Luis Ceballos, a well-respected and popular trumpet player from Mexico’s “Golden Years” of music. At age fifteen, Edna began to study Opera as her singing career took off as a Latin artist. In 1998, her recording debut entitled, "La Flor"  (a.k.a. Monica Ceballos) distributed by Latin label, Sigala Records, marked a launching point in her vocal career. Her many years of devotion toward classical music was a practice which would further sculpt, develop, and form a leaving impression on her musical influences. As such, she has also had an extensive career as a classical artist and now boldly moves forward and continues her career as a Latin recording artist. Edna will be releasing her second Latin album.
